Nick Knight just commented on the same thing. No ramps, no slogs, no reverse sweeps - just great conventional strokeplay. Lots of shots down the ground and never tried to do too much.
His first fifty came off 64 balls. His century off 111, 150 from 134 balls and 200 off 152. 41 balls to go from 100 to 200.
