So Dowrich justifies his place ahead of Ramdin.

Ian Gould really is one of the worst umpires in the game today.

Shouldn't come as a surprise though. Gould was photographed prior to the match meeting with the BCCI. Cricketwindies.com exclusive photo:

Chase reminds me of Kareem Abdul Jabbar and his batting a Greg Blewetty.

I have managed to watch some live cricket and I thoroughly enjoyed Chase and Dorwich's partnership as the best West Indian batting I have seen for a very long time.

Straight bat, feet to the pitch, head over ball really impressive. Test cricket at its best and it was a shame Dorwich was adjudged out when, even in real time, you coul see the edge onto his pads.

Chase should press on from his century and hopefully they can save this game. I have often complained about West Indians' aptitude to occupy the crease but these lads not only occupied the crease with great technique and aplomb but sized on every possible scoring opportunity.

The most positive thing I have seen in West Indies cricket since Lara.

Hope they save it but a long way to go as the tail is long so I would have to back India to, undeservedly because of Dowrich's dismissal, sneak this one.

Very impressed.

They are checking the shape of the ball. Through those hoops it goes.

They are changing the ball. Will that bring India the break they need?

How do they get a ball that is seven-overs old ?
