49-year-old mother of five commits suicide - drank gramoxone and Guiness

A FORTY-NINE-YEAR-OLD mother of five has committed suicide at Charity on the Essequibo Coast.
It is reported that the woman, Nandranie Naraine known as ‘Nalini’, of Charity Squatting Area, drank a quantity of gramoxone Thursday afternoon.
Reports said she and her husband, Dan (only name given) had been involved a heated row earlier that day before she left for work as a domestic.
On her way back home, she purchased the poison, together with a bottle of ‘Guiness’ stout from a grocery store and consumed both substances while walking on a dam opposite Charity Burial Ground, towards her house.
After ingesting the liquid, she started to vomit and fell to the ground rolling and kicking up on the grass as it took effect on her.
Several residents, who saw what was happening, ran to her assistance and rushed her to Charity Hospital where she was admitted and died Saturday morning around 01:00hrs.
Other women in Charity Housing Scheme said Naraine was a quiet but popular person in the community.
A post mortem is expected to be performed on her body shortly.
And then you have situation like this...where the situ becomes unbearable. Sorry for the kids...no mom anymore to provide for them...
