education shud be free all the way through...to Ph D.
but the bankers use every opportunity to create debt. they must keep debt expanding so as to keep their nefarious system going. they therefore must use any and all opportunity to financialize the population
now where does the money for the grants come from?
make sure to look and see where it is debt itself
