Officials say the fire occurred just hours before the clinic was supposed to have one of its biggest infant clinics for residents in Kara Kara.
At least 350 adults and children benefitted from services at the Vivianne Parris Health Centre on a monthly basis.
For old wood it appeared to have been in good stead...it was serving the community...and it was functional. I did not see old wood...what I saw was a building on fire. But maybe the ole glasses will help me see better.
