Actually, the whole country is lacking proper administration. This is no longer a PNC and PPP thing...this is incompetence at all levels...from security, to safety, to finance...it all reeks of ineptitude.

I am in constant contact with berbecians and I will say this , these people have no use for the govt. They are doing fine with only token services from the central govt
