Rixon, u may wanna include overseas (Canada, USA, England) Caribbean natives.
Like the Florida CPL games and Toronto King City games attendees !

Point taken, and I do want their opinions as well. In the third question (I reside in...), the final option is 'Other' where those persons living outside of the Caribbean can write in their location.

That counts as International Cricket, although it didn't involve the West Indies, so you can use your discretion in answering that question

The last two Sahara Cup series (5 ODIs) in Toronto were
India vs West Indies
and then West Indies vs Pakistan..
