Sad to see Leon, batting out of position, failing quite badly again and exposing the team.
The team needs a bit of stability at the top and maybe Leon should bat at 4, not that I think it would make an iota of difference.
I hope they do not just dump him at the end of this series as he would have been up for opening or batting in any position when called up, but opening is clearly not for Leon and the dropping of Samuels should see Leon at 4.
Are West Indies playing less Tests?
The good thing for the 2017 England Test series is that they are playing three 3 days warm up games against Essex, Kent and Derby before the first test.
I think it is time the likes of Lewis and Pooran start getting more ODIs.

And I get that feeling as well except I think Pooran has an immaculate hand eye and gets such power from his pivot.
Pooran's great weakness is very much like Hughes RIP who eventually modified his technique prior to his death and tour selection.
I would consistently select them in the ODIs and see how that develops as you need a bit of aggression in the shorter format.

Damn soft dismissal for Dowrich unnecessarily chasing a wide one just short of 50.
He batted well but needed to stay... tail exposed so who knows what would happen in the next 5 overs.
