@OP - Actually I have achieved them all listed in your post but as I always wanted to travel in different places my only desire left is to travel by Trans- Siberian train which is 15 days journey up and down. I would take the train in Moscow and go to Vladivostok with my wife in 2018 if all goes according to my plan.
