I think there is a certain code of conduct employees must conform to but that is not the real issue.
The real issue is corruption and lack of governance where selectors are not bullied to satisfy certain egos and being agents of certain people's revenge.
Camacho was head of the disciplinary committee quite some time ago and was not consulted on such matters rather Hillaire took charge.
That is not genuine governance at work.
Therefore the Simmons incident would not have happened if interference did not exist!

Simmons was focused too much of protecting his "boys"
he fired Shiv from breaking Lara's record
he fought for the return of Big Bravo and Pullhard to the team after India walk out
He bitched about Lil Bravo not having a senior in the team to mentor him
he was only interested in keeping the TnT legacy....
