A few poor decisions by the aforementioned Asoka de Silva (nicknamed Ashocker due to his poor umpiring abilities):
de Silva was so poor during the 2011 World Cup (4 of his 7 decisions were overturned by DRS) that he was eventually dropped from any further participation in the tournament.
