wat 40 years.....
the last time I was there..not even 10 years ago...I stayed in Barataria. I walk outside anytime of day or night and get taxi east, west on the eastern main road.
anywhere I went I get taxi to go and come and no traffic to talk about.
and there are buses too. the fact is that people can get to and from where they want at any time of day or night even if there is a little difficulty here and there

Like a townhall meeting will change the way West Indies cricket is now! The TTCB needs to calm down and start doing more to improve on the concentration level of the test cricketers it supplies to the WICB and stop being petty over some stupid townhall meeting.
