Here's what all you Indo Guyanese should be doing :
Avoid heart attacks : Get Tested frequently
OR at least like me : annually ! ....Do a diabetes check as well ...
Cholesterol HDL/LDL ratio check is VITAL : for your oil foods arteries blockages :-[
