That chap is a PhD (Doctor) and a tenured Prof at U of T.
College education ( non Ivy league) is below the Minimum requirement :
further downgraded by being black , too:
ramesh , encourage your son to a higher education , minimum say an MBA :
and not to make any baby mammas during his graduate studies .
