Personally, Sourav is not wrong. However, these days it is very difficult for players to choose one because even if they do not overlap, there would be immense physical pressure on players, if they choose both the t20 leagues and the back to back series options.
Therefore, it is very confusing for players as well as the board. Also, in case of west Indies, they are finding it difficult to pay their players and therefore, might be trying various things to pay them including this being one of them.
