What will happen to the cane cutters back home if you give up rum and sugar?

Re: whats a good blood sugar level - mapoui - 08-10-2017

in my experience low end 5.0....high end 8-9

below and above is trouble.....

the low end is at the end of your eating cycle.  the high end is the peak effect your meal has on you 2-3 hours later...then descends again to 5.0

below 5.0 ...4.5 you begin to court brain damage.  above 9 sugar damage to your body

others might be different but that is what I have found in my own experience

as I said my experience is king.  dat is where my problems begin

I know people who never achieve 7 and are still ok.  and I am good when I am 7 to 9

I don't know but I think 6.5 is hard to maintain because its not right...and if you persist you may harm yuhself.  I figure the 7-9 range is easier and better

I am always low because my sugar falls all the time...I have to pay attention or I will fall through the floor.

but I am scared too of the effects of high sugar.  I want to live a bit longer but I don't want to live losing my body parts, wheelchair an' all dat crap.

so I don't fight low too much..only when I fall below 5.  its just as scary down there ::LOL:: ::LOL:: ::LOL::
