There are no receptacles and no recycling program except for the rum bottles and drink bottles that they have...and if it is foreign rum or drinks then it does not get recycled. The government should embark on a project to manage waste. That is big business.

VB even if private company wants to do it ,it will require the dodo to pass laws to that effect
