to put a minimum of 20 % down payment !

I just structured one with 400 K in shares of the buyers company :
Vendor take back of 500 K
and mortgage of 2 million :
with 100 K down stroke .
De Bank rejected the Loan :wink:

but that can be explained by other factors but we have to know what the debt expenditures were..if in fact Harper was stuffing the CHMC by gorging on mortgages?

Soon that may be reduced IF household Debt continues climbing !
