Why WI cricket struggles- Talent not nurtured and developed fast enough
I remember Gibson taking Bonner to England (T20) in 2011 and only 10yrs. later can he make a weak almost 2nd X1 test line-up.
Rabada a 2015 U19WC alum has 200 test wkts. from 44 tests Al-Jo 32 from 13 and in n out of the team because of injuries n being dropped. Chemar is just debuting. Keacy Carty who held our 2015 U19 WC final inning together has never been groomed in consistent HPC training regimen. A wonderful talent such as Mayers is just coming through at 28, Darren Bravo has regressed to a shadow of himself. CWI please work with DaSilva, Josephs, Chemar and other young uns so their talents are maximized before age 25! Other teams have 20-23yr olds bowling us down and scoring tons vs. us.
Always tell someone how you feel because opportunities are lost in the blink of an eye but regret can last a lifetime.

The biggest hurdle has been lack pf competition for slots. So the established players knew they had more room to underperform. The arrival of Mayers and Bonner radically changes that. Perform or be replaced
