75 Overs to score 300 runs We can get that. Bat positive but not reckless. If they try to just survive we finish.

Broad to Chase, nip-backer, no shot, up goes the finger! And Chase won't review, though it looked a tight one to me...
Chase looked pretty peeved with the decision, he chooses not to quarrel with it. Shaving off stump?
We'll soon see... Hitting the top of off, so an excellent decision from umpire Gough!

WI 54-4
And for good measure, Blackwood thumps another aerial boundary through extra cover.
Well, why not, I suppose?

It’s almost like England have suddenly found that cheat code which exists in all cricket video games. That one spot to pitch the ball to automatically get batsmen out. Just short of driving length seems to be that trick to these West Indian batsmen in Manchester

Much better bowling in the 2nd innings by Dom Bess now as he is now getting good drop and drift and bowling more outside of the off stump

Judge every ball on its merit, play on the front foot and play natural game.

England might be a touch concerned here. This really has been a new ball pitch, as you can see - the strike rate for seamers rises steeply once the new ball phase is over

Dom Bess is bowling really quickly here. His average speed in this Test has been 87.4kph, the fastest he's bowled since he made his Test debut.
