Can't make the team on merit. WI fans want the best team.
Shouldn't be trusted in a leadership capacity after the abandoned tour to avoid future embarrassment for the region.
ONLY COMMITTED to himself NOT WI cricket. Can't be example for one (commitment) of the selection criteria but leading the team.
Poor attitude as a leader/player, ask Lewis about that intentional no ball bouncer or lil Rahk and his other on field shenanigans taping his mouth, etc.
Didn't qualify for CPL in 2018 for the play-offs as a captain
Poor form - Poor super50 showing in 2018 with single digit average.
International stats poor for a senior
To accommodate Pollard, WI sacrificing young players chances
Always tell someone how you feel because opportunities are lost in the blink of an eye but regret can last a lifetime.

[in reference to the 75-minute delayed start waiting for the Tridents team bus to arrive.]
I think we deserved to lose this game tonight.
You can't turn up in a semi-final and drop a couple catches like that, simple errors
and not execute in a big game like that. It cost us in the end
It was crucial me getting run-out but going back to how our tournament has been
we don't deserve to be in the final if we're honest with ourselves.
