'Anything's possible' is one of the biggest myth bandied about, especially in the motivational landscape. This implies that anyone, anywhere, can achieve anything and completely ignores the limitations of geography, economics, sociology, nurture and capacities. The fact is that each person exists within a realm of possibilities specific to that person and only when someone grasps that realm can he's/she help the individual to achieve his/her 'anything'. Were it not so then there would be no menial laborers, for example, because no one aspires to be such. Nor would there ever be the starving since no one aspires to starve. Ditto for the abjectly poor et al.
Always tell someone how you feel because opportunities are lost in the blink of an eye but regret can last a lifetime.
