At this very point in time, any self- respecting, principled, decent, moral leader in Guyana who believes in democracy, would come forward and graciously acknowledge the obvious, conceding defeat, and promising a smooth transition. That Granger has not done so, speaks to his lack of character, among other leadership deficiencies. It is also a sign of nefarious intent (?)

The motion filed in the Court of Appeal by Ms David to stop Lowenfield, the CEO of Gecom, from using the recount data ought to be struck out by the court because it is deficient. There are no stated grounds for the motion and precedent dictates that it should not last 5 mins before the court.
In the event the motion can pass muster and given life through an amendment or allowed to be refiled, the political parties who contested this year’s election will have to join to be heard, since they are interested parties to this motion. As it stands now, none of the political parties are named as respondents.

The representatives of the US, UK, Canada and the European Union (EU) today expressed concern at the continuing delay in declaring the results of the March 2nd elections and they said that pending the outcome of the current appeal to the CCJ they trust that GECOM will use the figures from the recount.

It is unclear how Lowenfield determined the count but he has maintained that it is in accordance with Section 96 of the Representation of the People’s Act.

Lowenfield why did u waste your time and effort to prepare this fraudulent report knowing fully well it will be rejected by the chair of GECOM and CARICOM. Dont you have anything else to do with your time than lick the PNC shoes. Have some decency and respect for yourself and family. You are a shameless creature for a man or are you a used utensil like Harmon.
I am 100% certain you will be jailed for an attempt to disenfranchise 115,800 Guyanese the right for their votes to be counted.
Your are a criminal and should be treated as such. Treason is a capital crime and the penality is either life imprisonment or death. Hsve you thought of that when you were collecting payment from the PNC? I hope you have because your life in the outside world is over. I hope you and Mingo are tried and convicted together so that both of you can share the same jail cell. The rest of the PNC cabal who attempted to rig this election with the help of their financier will also follow you in jail.
You guys have destroyed this beloved country of ours and divide a nation and for that all of you will have to be punished.

Roxane Burnham Van
West-Charles
She rebuked Mia Mottley for speaking up for Democracy in Guyana.
Unbelievable, right, but not unpredictable she would be against free and fair elections.
This woman's father, PNC terrorist organization, rigged the elections for 28 years.
Thousands of Children died from Beri Beri and malnutrition under her father's reign of terror.
She returns from her exile of shame, to attack a woman who's shoes she couldn't walk a foot in, and expect anyone to take her seriously ?

Forget those numbers for a second. I want to instead draw your attention to the Who's Who at the top of those 6 columns. What do you see? Me too. "Original" is so named because it is exactly that - original - based on the actual votes cast, and done according to process, procedures and law, and certified by every single presiding officer, political parties (including APNU) representatives, media representatives, and recognized observer groups - local and international. "Recount" is no different. It is based on the actual votes cast, and done according to process, procedures and law, and certified by Gecom, political parties (including APNU) representatives, media representatives, Caricom scrutineers, and recognized observer groups, both local and international. The other Who's Who up there are names of individuals, who literally pulled out, made up, numbers, not based on actual votes, or process, procedure and law, but based on their depraved, corrupt, criminal impulses. Now back to the numbers. I take no pleasure in saying this, but those 4 columns presented by those two shameless, craven, utterly corrupt and criminal individuals, have made Guyana the laughing stock of the world, and confirmed Guyana's status as a wannabe tin pot dictatorship and banana republic.

“For those persons who are calling for Mr. Granger to concede, that is not going to happen!”
Those are the words of APNU+AFC campaign manager, Joseph Harmon, from an interview on the Linden radio station 104.3 Power FM. Kaieteur News understands that the interview was broadcast across several stations in Guyana and across the region.
Harmon’s comments are the first response from an executive of the Coalition to the numerous calls which have been made for President David Granger, the Coalition’s presidential candidate, to admit his loss.
Despite Harmon’s comments, Granger is yet to address the public on what decision he will take.
The results of the recount show that the PPP/C got 233,336 valid votes, ahead of the Coalition’s 217,920 valid votes.
